PAYMENTS
At the time of booking and for confirmation, the USER must provide their credit card details, which will serve as a guarantee for the reservation. No deposit will be charged. Your reservation will be fully guaranteed upon receiving email confirmation.

In some situations, the client may wish to make changes (e.g., name changes, dates). Any changes to your reservation must be communicated in writing to the Hotel or through the website, at least 48 hours before the arrival date.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
The USER will receive confirmation via email. This confirmation email will serve as a "booking voucher" that must be presented upon arrival at the hotel.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made in writing to the hotel or through this booking platform. The cancellation policy is detailed on the booking platform and on your booking voucher.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the arrival date.

In case of cancellation less than 48 hours in advance, the amount corresponding to the 1st night will be charged as a cancellation fee.
